The offered product is a substitute for the original product, the external form of which is protected by the vehicle manufacturer as an industrial design. This product may only be used for the purpose of allowing the vehicle to be repaired in order to restore its original appearance, in particular, it may not be used for tuning the vehicle. By purchasing this product, the purchaser agrees to use it only for the purpose indicated above.

Due to the applicable repair clause (Article 110(1) of the Community Design Regulation), allowing the manufacture and sale of spare parts that are used for repair to restore the product to its original appearance, parts purchased from OPTIMA Pawel Powala are subject to a BAN ON SALE IN THE EUROPEAN UNION.
